Promote dev to production to deploy the DeepSeek V4.1 Flash Go limit increase on opencode.ai/go and the Go docs (#60515): Go $100, Go Plus $200, Go Teams $105.

Closing: Jack is rolling the DeepSeek V4.1 Flash limit increase back until a production deploy can ship it together with the registry and Console. Will redo when Dax is ready.
