Exact-head independent release review at e957a3f.
packages/cli/package.json:3 and the other 18 version-bearing JSON manifests change only 0.9.5 → 0.9.6. releases/v0.9.6.md:7 names seven commits independently confirmed as ancestors of captured base acd5c30; the changelog agrees. No runtime, dependency or lockfile change is included.
Audited: all 21 changed files, version-only equality checks, release-note ancestry, release classifier and stable publication trigger/immutable-checkout contract. Trusting: feature implementations already present in the base; this is not a new full audit or live provider test of those features.
Original hosted CI 41509629911 uses synthetic merge 127fa86 (this head + acd5c30). Detect changes and Release checks explicitly verify the 21-file release-only classification. Original Build body verifies 14 packed manifests, clean consumer installation, Node/declaration/Vite/CLI startup and package budgets; Lint and Format executed successfully. Heavy suites intentionally skipped. Check records contain 29 success, 41 skip, one cancelled optional File size check, zero failures; overall CI is cancelled, not universally green. Existing 53-file LFS-pointer and Node deprecation diagnostics are retained. Normal protected merge requirements still apply; npm publication is not yet claimed.
Verdict: APPROVE
Reasoning: The release metadata is consistent and contains no additional executable changes; the native release/build checks support this scoped approval, with skip/cancellation limits stated above.

Release v0.9.6.
Audio stems can now be read through your HeyGen account, with no Gemini key. The player shows the blurred frame and the mark while assets load. Safari audio is ready at the cut, and the preview recovers its WebGL scenes after a lost context. Reverse start records a run and stops a Free account when the server blocks it.
Changes since v0.9.5: #6993, #7016, #7017, #6934, #7024, #7028, #7029.
