- The release covers the right commits.
v0.9.9..c9e166eeis exactly the 17 merged PRs plus the release commit. Each of the 17 commit SHAs inreleases/v0.9.10.mdis an ancestor of this head, so nothing is missing or extra. That includes #7121 (d21877eb), which I reviewed and approved at8d0e0856. - It touches only version lines and release notes. It changes the same 21 files as the v0.9.9 release (#7095): 19 manifests go from
0.9.9to0.9.10and nothing else changes in them, plusreleases/v0.9.10.mdand adocs/changelog.mdxentry with the same content. No package that shipped in 0.9.9 is left at the old version.sdk-playgroundis versioned separately, as it was before. - Not blocking: v0.9.9 shipped
billing top-up, so any script that calls it will now get the unknown-action error. The summary line saysadd-creditsreplacestop-up, and dropping the alias was the stated decision in #7121. The notes still list it as a Feature rather than as a breaking change, if you want to call that out more strongly. - CI: CI, CodeQL, Docs and the Lambda arm64 image were still running when I reviewed. The checks that had finished were green.
