Summary

  • clarify that the local demo starts with npm ci followed by npm run demo, which generates the Prisma client itself
  • align the user-guide demo tutorial with the actual local role-selection button labels while preserving the AWS Cognito sign-in path

Validation

  • confirmed the local first-run path is unambiguous
  • confirmed all local demo role-selection labels match the UI
  • confirmed the AWS sign-in description remains available
  • git diff --check passes

Scope

Documentation-only correction of the two minor inconsistencies found by the first-time-user test.

I'll fix CI failures and address comments from users with write access. I'll skip comments containing "(aside)".
