Summary

Without this change, Laracord cannot boot on PHP 8.5. Loading config/database.php during provider registration emits a deprecation for PDO::MYSQL_ATTR_SSL_CA; Laravel's exception handler then tries to resolve log before it is bound, so early bootstrap commands such as package:discover fail with Target class [log] does not exist.

On PHP 8.5:

$ php laracord package:discover --ansi

In Container.php line 1124:

  Target class [log] does not exist.


In Container.php line 1122:

  Class "log" does not exist

• Use Pdo\Mysql::ATTR_SSL_CA when PHP_VERSION_ID >= 80500, otherwise fall back to PDO::MYSQL_ATTR_SSL_CA.
• Same fix already landed upstream in Laravel and Laravel Zero:

Test plan

• On PHP 8.5: php laracord package:discover --ansi succeeds (project is runnable)
• On PHP 8.4 (or 8.2/8.3): same command still succeeds
• Confirm no Constant PDO::MYSQL_ATTR_SSL_CA is deprecated notice when the database config is loaded
