This is a documentation request for ADDITIONAL.md, not a server listing (I know those go to the Registry).

What it is: A directory of the 48,447 servers in the official registry. Every server gets an A–F safety grade from an open rubric (code read as text for risky patterns, remote endpoint checked for open vs OAuth/API-key sign-in, write-tool analysis, tool-description poisoning check, maintenance, publisher identity), 28-check uptime, and user reviews. Findings are published with their evidence and can be appealed. No grade, rank or badge is paid.
