The same as any lock file: Verification that the actions don't suddenly change (e.g. during a hijack). See: https://github.blog/changelog/2026-10-28-github-actions-workflow-lockfiles-are-generally-available/
No. Dependabot understands the lock file format (as with other package manager). |
