Replace the .tar.gz AddType with a filename match.

AddType assigns a type by individual dot-separated extension, so .tar.gz never matches as one key. The directive has no effect as written. A .tar.gz bundle gets its type only from another mapping, such as the .gz extension. A FilesMatch block with ForceType applies the type to the compound filename directly.

Review comment at @apps/docs/public/.htaccess at line 52:
Replace the ineffective AddType directive for .tar.gz with a FilesMatch rule
matching compound .tar.gz filenames and use ForceType to assign
application/gzip.

Correct — AddType splits on dots, so .tar.gz never matches as one key; no-op as written. Zero live impact (no .tar.gz artifacts ship — skills are skill-md — and system mime.types already maps .gz). Batching the proper FilesMatch/ForceType fix with the Audit follow-up instead of re-spinning CI here.

@SutuSebastian Understood. Based on the deployment details you provided, deferring this cleanup to the Audit follow-up is reasonable. The finding remains open pending that fix.

Send Vary: Accept for both homepage representations.

When Accept does not contain text/markdown, this condition fails and Apache does not add Accept to Vary. A cache can then reuse the HTML response for a later Markdown request to the same URL. Set Vary: Accept on the negotiable HTML response as well as the Markdown response. Apply the same correction to subpages. (httpd.apache.org)

Review comment at @apps/docs/public/.htaccess at line 86:
Update the content-negotiation rules around the `RewriteCond` for `Accept` so
both HTML and Markdown responses set `Vary: Accept`; apply this to the homepage
and subpage rules so caches distinguish representations for the same URL.

Already covered: the domain-root .htaccess sets Header merge Vary Accept unconditionally — live responses carry Vary: Accept on both the HTML and markdown variants (verified today). Nothing in this file gates Vary on Accept.

@SutuSebastian You're right. My finding overlooked the domain-root header configuration. The unconditional Header merge Vary Accept and your live verification address the cache concern for both representations. No change is needed in this file.

I withdraw the finding. The supplied repository review policy requires invalid findings to remain open, so I will leave thread resolution to a human.

## The non-negotiables

4. **Categorize before acting** — sort into ✅ correct / ❌ hallucinated / ⚠️ partial / 🕒 outdated / 💭 style. Action defaults per category:
   - **✅ correct** — apply + **resolve thread**.
   - **❌ hallucinated** — reply with evidence (file:line, rule reference, codemap query result); **leave unresolved** (auto-resolving rejection is dismissive).
   - **⚠️ partial** — apply salvageable part + reply explaining the nuance; resolve only if the reviewer agrees.
   - **🕒 outdated** — point at the fix commit + **resolve thread**.
   - **💭 style** — apply if cheap + **resolve**, otherwise defer to author.
