Previous VZLinuxRosettaDirectoryShare.availability check always returns as available on macOS 27.0 now, hence the need for this new check. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/virtualization/running-intel-binaries-in-linux-vms#Test-for-Rosetta-on-macOS-26-and-earlier Tested and confirmed, the "runtime" file only exists when a user explicitly installs Rosetta2 through methods such as "softwareupdate --install-rosetta". "runtime" file was unavailable on clean macOS 27.0 VM. Kept the macOS 13 guard, let me know if needs to be removed. Resolves utmapp#8002 Assisted-by: Codex:gpt-6

Tested and confirmed, the "runtime" file only exists when a user explicitly installs Rosetta2 through methods such as "softwareupdate --install-rosetta". "runtime" file is unavailable on clean macOS 27.0 VM or any other VM that didn't manually install Rosetta2.
Retained the macOS 13 guard to keep existent behaviour, let me know if it should be removed.
Resolves #8002

Testing: Have not directly tested whether the patch allows UTM to detect Rosetta2 installations or not as I do not have Rosetta2 installed.
